Megaworld Corporation is looking for additional Property Consultants to handle sales of condominium units in Iloilo Business Park.

Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao district is a 72-hectare mixed-use development project which will have world-class hotels, a commercial area, a modern lifestyle mall, BPO office buildings, and Iloilo Convention Center that can accommodate thousands of people at a time. With Live-Work-Play-Learn concept, it will also provide recreational facilities and a transportation hub, all at the heart of the new growth center in the Visayas.

Hired Property Consultants will primarily handle sales of Lafayette Park Square, a 14-storey condominium project which will offer 289 residential units of studio to three bedroom layouts.

3. Comfortable in working at the field
4. Can handle pressure
5. Having a wide range of connections is a plus
6. Pleasing personality
7. A background in sales is a plus
8. Can work effectively in teams
9. Ages 20-2610. Preferrably a graduate of Marketing or any related course

Iloilo Job Fair to Generate Work for 5,700 Applicants

ILOILO CITY (PNA) — Close to 5,700 jobs will be available to jobseekers on Labor Day Job Fair on May 1 at SM City Mall here, according to Labor and Employment 6 OIC Director Manuel C. Roldan.

Roldan said to date, 50 local companies, one government and 22 overseas recruitment agencies have already submitted their vacancies and he is expecting for more companies to join in this year’s Labor Day Job Fair.

For local employment, 642 job openings will be available for finance tellers, finance assistant, purchaser, accounting staff, sales and marketing staff, food & beverages, engineering personnel, bank branch managers, roving teller, pharmacist, teachers, auditors, encoder, human resource managers, food technologist, civil engineer, marketing professionals, paint mix room in charge, and drivers.
